Chad Pekron is the senior vice president and chief counsel, Litigation for Walmart Inc.

Chad joined Walmart as a Lead counsel before transitioning into a managing counsel in Appellate and Strategic Litigation. He was later promoted to the role of vice president, Complex and Commercial Litigation. Chad has over 20 years of litigation experience, focused in areas such as consumer class actions, securities litigation, professional liability, products liability, oil and gas law, and general liability matters.

Before joining Walmart in 2020, Chad was a partner at Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull in Little Rock, Arkansas, and was previously an associate at Sidley Austin in Chicago. After graduating from Yale Law School, Chad clerked for Judge Morris Sheppard Arnold on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
